The methods of earning gifts, as well as the amounts available

A participant's failure to correctly follow any required instructions
or procedures may result in no gifts being earned, for which the
account holder will have no recourse against paysyou.co.uk and

Gifts earned are recorded however any gifts earned are never available
for redemption until payment has been received in full from the
participating company where those gifts were earned to cover the
cost allocation of those gifts.

or discontinuance of any earning opportunity through third
party companies, nor are we responsible for the inaccurate communication
of gifts earned through a participating site, by that participating
company.
You are responsible for assessing any tax implications that may
arise through collecting free gifts, and for the payment of any
said taxes.
To redeem gifts the account holder must have
fully paid for by the relevant participating companies.

and value of gifts without notice. Any reward requested
for delivery outside mainland UK could incur extra delivery charges,
which will be dependant on the destination and gift.

responsibility of the individual to contact the third party directly.

the non-collection of any monies due in relation to your gifts,
and the subsequent non-issuance of gifts for this reason.

free gifts Programme at any time without notice.
paysyou.co.uk and MGMK Ltd. will make every effort to communicate
to all gift claimees the termination period, however we will not
be held responsible for failing to notify any individual regardless
of the reason.

to time, with or without notice, and your claim for a free gift
will be deemed as your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
An individuals participation and acceptance into the free gifts
programme is subject to these terms and conditions, and participation
may be refused at the sole discretion of paysyou.co.uk and MGMK
Ltd without recourse. Any fraud or abuse of the system will result
in the immediate forfeit of any gifts earned.
No responsibility is accepted for any goods
lost in the post.
MGMK and Paysyou.co.uk accept no liability
for any losses incurred through using this site and its newsletter

sites as well as additional services such as newsletters is at
